Service Description

- 1:1 Confidential coaching - One hour sessions (53 minutes) - Perfect beginning spot for if you have a lot of ideas and goals in mind - Motivators, support, and accountability set up - Discover your strengths - Build confidence - Get clear on what's important and why - Create an individualized plan that helps you build toward your goal ----------- Bring one of many areas of focus you'd like to hash out. Some common themes include: - - Address areas of neglect that affect stress and fatigue such as sleep hygiene, nutrition, movement, relationships, environmental components, and health conditions - Overcoming stuck-ness in one or several areas - Developing stress-management strategies - Designing your unique wellness balance - Creating a customized "toolkit" for physical and mental health - Exploring integrative practices for health conditions ----------- Each session is personalized to your needs, values, and energy the day of your appointment, and often vary from session to session. Customizing your session means being available to a variety of strategies for what suits your needs for the day. Strategies/techniques for exploration are evidence-backed and supported by science. Interactive exploration strategies may include: - Mindfulness (including but not limited to: guided meditation, visualization, guided imagery, affirmations, sensory and somatic mindfulness) - Verbal discussion - Wellness assessments - List-making - Creative Writing - Storytelling - Art-making (including but not limited to: drawing, painting, coloring, mask-making, sculpting) - Role-playing - Movement - Mind Mapping - Healing Metaphors - Graphs or chart-making
