Because of this, Kael offers a free consultation to make sure the partnership between her and you is what will best support your navigation of new habits. 25 minutes to become acquainted with one another, answer any questions you may have about me or my practice with a completely optional, discounted 30 minute session afterwards to get the feel of what coaching is. Make some tea. Ask me questions. Go over coaching expectations. Bring a goal. Share "stuckness" you'd like to overcome.
