Have you been feeling low on energy? Agitated? Exhausted or tired? Have you been experiencing brain fog, headaches, forgetfulness, insomnia, or anxiety? This service is designed to help restore your nervous system with the partnered care of massage therapy and Ayurvedic herbal oil treatment, Shirodhara. ----------- What is Ayurveda? Ayurveda is a holistic health approach that originated in India thousands of years ago. It focuses on rebalancing the life forces, called doshas, within your body using herbal remedies, food, and lifestyle adjustments as medicine. What is Shirodhara? Shirodhara comes from the two Sanskrit words “shiro” (head) and “dhara” (flow). It’s an Ayurvedic healing technique that involves having someone pour liquid — usually oil, milk, buttermilk, or water — onto your forehead. In this session, we'll be using heated, herb-infused oil. For even greater results, it is often accompanied by head, face, or body massage. What are the benefits of this service? Shirodhara is said to have relaxing, soothing, and calming effects on the body and mind. Research also suggests that Shirodhara may help: - Improve sleep quality - Manage insomnia - Lessen anxiety (when combined with yoga) - Reduce stress - Alleviate headaches - Assist nervous system disorders - Aid those who live with ADHD and Autism ------------ What does this session entail? - 30-minute full body massage by Kael, focusing on nervous system regulation - 30-minute Shirodhara (gentle herb-infused oil flow on head) with Marma point release (Ayrurvedic energy points on the face and body) by Leah This service aims to aid in nervous system repair and attunement. You may feel relaxed, refreshed, rejuvenated, and -- for some people -- drift into a heightened dream-like state during or after your session. ----------- * Please note, the massage portion of this service is not to break up knots, it is solely to organize your central nervous system for optimal flow of circulation and energetic repair. * ----------- Available days of operation -- Fridays 1:30-6:30pm - September 15 - September 29 - October 13 - October 27 - November 10 - November 24 ------------ Currently these are limited services and only available through end of November. If you pay online, please be aware that this service is non-refundable as Leah is traveling to the studio make these sessions. If you cannot make your original appointment, please let us know as soon as possible to reschedule

Cancellation Policy

To call or reschedule, please reschedule online or contact Kael a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid cancelation fees. Should you cancel within the 24 hour window, you will be charged 50% of the service fee which must be paid within three days (72 hours) of original scheduled date. No-show Policy: you will be charged 100% of the service fee and must be paid in full within three days (72 hours)
