Cancellation Policy
To call or reschedule, please contact Kael a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid cancelation fees. Should you cancel within the 24 hour window, you will be charged 50% of the service fee which must be paid within three days (72 hours) of original scheduled date. No-show Policy: you will be charged 100% of the service fee and must be paid in full within three days (72 hours)
