Nature Networking & Solstice Ceremony

Welcome to the 7th Healthcare and Wellness Networking Event! ** Due to air quality concerns/advisories this week, we will be changing our date to SUNDAY June 25, 6:00 - 8:15pm. If we are thwarted once more by weather, we will reschedule to a different day this summer with a summer-based ceremony. This event is organized into 2 phases. You can attend both phases or one -- the choice is yours! Phase One: Networking Walk @ Battle Creek Regional Park (Maplewood/St Paul) - Quick introductions and bathroom breaks at Battle Creek Shelter on the Maplewood side of Battle Creek - Networking while walking in the prairie and woods in the park - For those who plan on attending phase two, gathering components for ceremony on walk - End back at Shelter and say goodbyes - Roughly 1 hour in length Phase Two: Summer Solstice Ceremony @ Kael's "Hobbit Hut" (about 7 minutes away from park in Battle Creek, St Paul) - Limited to 15 people - Mindfulness exercise - Fire and non-denominational ceremony - End with healing touch - Roughly 1 hour in length - Extra time for those who want to hang out after the event and eat s'mores and snacks under the big oak :) ------------ If this is your first ceremony, I offer non-denominational ceremonial techniques focused around seasonal connections and transitions that can be associated with personal or internal transitions of those of us in the Midwest. You do not need to have any religious affiliation in order to gain the benefits of this ceremony. Curious about parking? No worries! Both phases have free and ample parking. If you sign up for the Summer Solstice Ceremony (Phase Two), you will receive an email the evening before with a list of materials you are welcome to bring. -------------- From this point forward, we are offering our Networking Events in the form of donation-based offerings. This will help those of us who organize these events to continue offering fun and engaging exercises, practices, and collaboration opportunities. A lot goes into these events, and it is helpful to receive a few pennies to help pay for some of the materials and planning. As a donation-based event, you are not obligated to donate in order to attend, nor will you be judged for not donating! We know money can wax and wane in surplus and deficit, so we still want to make these events accessible to everyone. -------------- We look forward to networking and celebrating the transition into summer with you all!

Cancellation Policy

To call or reschedule, please reschedule online or contact Kael a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid cancelation fees. Should you cancel within the 24 hour window, you will be charged 50% of the service fee which must be paid within three days (72 hours) of original scheduled date. No-show Policy: you will be charged 100% of the service fee and must be paid in full within three days (72 hours)
