Thank you, kindly. - Relieve tension caused by stress or overactive muscles - Improve circulation - Activate your body’s rest, digest, & restore response (aka: the parasympathetic nervous system) - Improve flexibility - Improve sleep - Promote sporting and exercise endurance and recovery - Decrease anxiety and agitation - Connect with your body in a safe, supportive way ----------- Each session has the option to include vacuum cupping at no-cost; great for dense or stubborn muscle tissue. Sessions may also include free of charge: tuning forks/sound healing, Acupressure, Thai on the table techniques, Lomi Lomi techniques, and stretching. ----------- Most sessions can include an add-on of your choice ranging from $5 to $15. Please let your therapist know at the beginning of the session what your preferences are. Add-on payment will be due at end of service. - Aromatherapy: many choices including peppermint, lavender, orange, cedarwood, Idaho blue spruce, black pepper, grapefruit, lemongrass, eucalyptus, and more. - Hot stones: heated basalt stones for spot-specific care. - Hot oil scalp massage: hot jojoba oil with essential oils, infusing health to your scalp and supporting repair of dry, brittle hair. Cancellation Policy

To call or reschedule, please reschedule online or contact Kael a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid cancelation fees. Should you cancel within the 24 hour window, you will be charged 50% of the service fee which must be paid within three days (72 hours) of original scheduled date. No-show Policy: you will be charged 100% of the service fee and must be paid in full within three days (72 hours)
