Service Description
It's been a hard, stressful time here in MN lately. Between the unrest in the Twin Cities, prices of everything seemingly endlessly rising, and whatever life generally throws at you at home or work, it's not been easy to manage. We know what prolonged, unmitigated stress can do to us if we're not learning to support ourselves: high blood pressure, digestive issues, muscle tension, headaches and migraines, overeating or undereating, heart disease, weakened immune system, obesity, metabolic diseases like Diabetes, anxiety, depression, insomnia, fatigue, burnout and more. Join Kael for virtual guided mindfulness practices each Wednesday during lunch hour 12:30-12:45 to help pop your midweek stress bubble. Learn techniques you can do at home and at work to ease the affects of stress. We can't fix every problem in our lives, and we can't change the things completely out of our control, but we can give ourselves tools to make our lives easier and our bodies healthier. Weekly, Free, Virtual. This Guided Mindfulness special concludes March 25.

Cancellation Policy
To call or reschedule, please reschedule online or contact Kael a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid cancelation fees. Should you cancel within the 24 hour window, you will be charged 50% of the service fee which must be paid within three days (72 hours) of original scheduled date. No-show Policy: you will be charged 100% of the service fee and must be paid in full within three days (72 hours)
