Service Description

*Price of service is $160 plus required, current 8.38% Minnesota + Washington County sales tax. ----------- Have you been experiencing chronic pain or recent injuries? Have you been in a car accident, succumbed to a fall, or have been dealing with an illness that changed how your body moves or responds? This is the session for you. Spend the first part going over your medical history with a fine-tooth comb, and do various assessments -- including using a plumb line; looking at range of motion; and observing walking, standing, and sitting postures. Depending on your history, Kael may also recommend a pain evaluation assessment. After assessments, Kael will recommend specific techniques for during your massage time, which you will approve or deny, according to your preferences. Kael will never recommend something she believes could further aggravate your condition. At the end of your session, you will go over potential next steps for your healing, including ice or heat, stretching, additional sessions, and/or recommendations to other providers. ---------------- This session has the option to include vacuum cupping at no-cost; great for dense or stubborn muscle tissue. Customizing your session may also include the following free of charge: Acupressure, Thai on the table techniques, Lomi Lomi techniques, stretching, sound healing, and/or topical lavender or peppermint essential oil. --------------- This session can also include an add-on of your choice ranging from $5 to $15. Please let your therapist know in the booking form or at the beginning of the session what your preferences are. Add-on payment will be due at end of service. - Aromatherapy: single choice or individualized blends made in-session from many choices including orange, cedarwood, Idaho blue spruce, black pepper, grapefruit, lemongrass, eucalyptus, sandalwood, frankincense, Thieves, and more. - Hot stones: heated basalt stones for spot-specific care. - Hot oil scalp massage: hot jojoba oil with essential oils, infusing health to your scalp and supporting repair of dry, brittle hair. (Yes, your hair will be joyfully oily when you leave) - Hot oil hand massage: hot apricot oil with essential oils for temporary relief of joint inflammation. - Immune-assist essential oil blend for neck, decollate, back, and feet massage We also offer Deep Tissue/Deep Pressure (DT/DP) for an extra charge of $15 for this session.

Cancellation Policy

To call or reschedule, please reschedule online or contact Kael a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid cancelation fees. Should you cancel within the 24 hour window, you will be charged 50% of the service fee which must be paid within three days (72 hours) of original scheduled date. No-show Policy: you will be charged 100% of the service fee and must be paid in full within three days (72 hours)
