Service Description

Great for in-depth recalibration of your direction or plans. Use this hour to dive deep in to your options, find validation in your experiences, and get clear on the importance of what you truly value. - Confidential, 1:1 coaching - Create a plan and set it into small actionable steps. - Organize your motivators, support, and accountability - Discover your strengths - Build confidence - Safely connect with your body, mind, spirit, and environment ----------- Bring one of many areas of focus you'd like to hash out. Some common themes include: - Overcoming stuck-ness in one or several areas - Developing stress-management strategies - Clarifying a sense of purpose - Designing your unique wellness balance - Creating a customized toolkit or find providers for mental health support. - Exploring integrative practices for chronic health issues and injury rehabilitation. ----------- Each session is personalized to your needs, values, and energy the day of your appointment, and often vary from session to session. Customizing your session means being available to a variety of strategies for what suits your needs for the day. Interactive exploration strategies may include: - Mindfulness (including but not limited to: guided meditation, visualization, guided imagery, affirmations, sensory and somatic mindfulness) - Verbal discussion - Wellness assessments - List-making - Creative Writing - Storytelling - Art-making (including but not limited to: drawing, painting, coloring, mask-making, sculpting) - Role-playing - Movement - Splash Sheets - Healing Metaphors - Graphs or chart-making

Cancellation Policy

To call or reschedule, please reschedule online or contact Kael a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid cancelation fees. Should you cancel within the 24 hour window, you will be charged 50% of the service fee which must be paid within three days (72 hours) of original scheduled date. No-show Policy: you will be charged 100% of the service fee and must be paid in full within three days (72 hours)
